Please carefully read our policy below to check your return eligibility. We accept returns for Store Credit or Refund

 

Refunds will only be accepted on full priced purchases. Your refund will be rejected if you have purchased with a store credit, discount code, clearance items or during a sale period. 

If you need to Exchange for a different style/size, please request a Store Credit. You can then re-purchase your preferred style/size in your own time.

The postage and handling costs of return shipping is incurred by the customer, not Vacay Swimwear. It is recommended to keep note of your in-bound tracking as Vacay Swimwear is not liable for any packages lost in transit. 

 

You must include the following with your return item(s):

  • A completed Return Slip (found in your parcel, or download our Return Slip HERE). Please ensure all sections of the slip are completed correctly to ensure fast processing.

  • The returning garment(s) with tags attached in unworn condition. 

 

Please note: all items are inspected by our staff upon arrival. We try our best to accept all items returned to us, however, please observe our conditions below.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS:

  1. Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns outside this period will not be accepted
  2. All original tags must remain attached to the item(s)
  3. Item(s) must be unworn, and returned in original condition

OUR POLICY:

  1. No refunds for items purchased using store credits, gift cards and discount codes.
  2. Returns and store credits can only be processed for orders made through our online store. Orders placed with one of our stockists must be returned via the stockist.
  3. Returns that do not include the completed Return Slip will be returned to sender.
  4. Although we try our absolute best to process refunds and store credits as soon as possible, this can take up to 7 business days.
  5. Sale items located on the 'clearance' section of our website are final and cannot be returned for a refund or store credit, other than in the event of them being faulty.
  6. A store credit/gift card can not be used in conjunction with any other discount codes at checkout.                                                      

In the unlikely event that an item is defective on arrival, please contact customers@vacayswimwear.com.au stating your order number in the subject line. Please include a picture of the fault. We will happily organise a replacement once we have inspected the item. 

For any self inflicted damages to the product after purchase, Vacay Swimwear will not be held liable. Therefore no replacement will be given.
