Returns & Exchanges

Need to return a product for a different size or style? No worries. We only accept refunds however, that are full price. This excludes purchases of sale items and purchases where promotional codes have been used. In order for Vacay Swimwear to accept exchanges for different styles or colours bought online through our online store, you will need to follow these steps below:

You must include the following with your return item:

- A note containing your order number, full name and clear written exchange instructions (include style/size preference). Please check available stock online before returning.
A prepaid postage satchel with your name and address already filled out so that we can post your exchange straight back to you. 
If a pre-paid parcel is not included with your exchange, our team will process a credit note instead.

We try our best to accept all items returned to us, however, please observe our policy as follows:

OUR POLICY

1. Orders must be returned to us within 14 days from date of delivery (as indicated on your tracking page). Returns outside this period will not be accepted.
2. Items must be returned in their original condition. This means the garments must – be unworn & unwashed, have all tags and hygiene labels attached and have no make up, stains or strong odours.
3. No refunds for items purchased using credit notes, gift cards, sale items and promo coupons.
4. Exchanges and returns for orders can only be processed for orders made through our online store. Orders placed with one of our stockists must be returned via the stockist.
5. Returns that do not include a return note with instructions will be returned to sender.
6. All postage and handling costs will be incurred by the customer, not Vacay Swimwear. It is recommended to use a shipping service with tracking as Vacay Swimwear is not liable for any packages lost in transit. All items are inspected by our staff upon arrival.
7. Although we try our absolute best to process these exchanges as soon as possible, this can take up to 7 business days.
 

In the unlikely event that an item is defective on arrival, please contact customers@vacayswimwear.com.au stating your order number in the subject line. Please include a picture of the fault. We will happily organise a replacement once we have inspected the item. 

For any self inflicted damages to the product after purchase, Vacay Swimwear will not be held liable. Therefore no replacement will be given.
